Jordan Reid

Jordan Reid currently serves as Core Tech Support at KnowBe4 since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jordan was the Operations Manager at DocMJ from May 2023 to March 2024. Jordan's extensive experience at Chick-fil-A Restaurants spanned from January 2018 to December 2022, with responsibilities as Executive Director of Operations, Finance Executive, Marketing Director, and HR Director. Jordan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, expected to be completed in September 2025, and holds an Associate of Science in General Studies from St. Petersburg College.
