Josh Wells has a diverse professional background in instructional design and communication, with current experience at KnowBe4 as an Instructional Designer since April 2024. Prior roles include serving as Senior Assistant Director of Communication at Miami University from November 2014 to February 2016, and various positions at Cengage Learning, including Project Development Editor and Content Developer from September 2008 to May 2012. Additionally, Josh worked as a Technical Communicator and Senior Instructional Designer at Northwoods in early 2016, as well as held editorial and tutoring roles at Wheeling Jesuit University in 2007. Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheeling Jesuit University, obtained in 2007, following graduation from Tyler Consolidated High School in 2004.
