Justin Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin started their career in 2012 as a Business Development Manager at BNF Automotive, where they gained skills in management, finance, accounting, marketing, and strategy. Justin also handled sales, customer service, and call center operations. From 2016 to 2018, Justin worked as a Sales Representative at W.B. Mason Company Inc., where they served as a Strategic Account Manager for regional and national organizations. In 2018, they transitioned to Ultimate Medical Academy, where they worked as a Career Service Advisor, helping graduates with their employment goals and building relationships with corporations and healthcare providers. Justin joined KnowBe4 in 2019 as a Regional Account Executive, responsible for sales and marketing of the company's security awareness training platform. Justin was later promoted to the role of Regional Sales Director.
