Customer Success Manager (mm & Enterprise) - MENA at KnowBe4

Khaled Hmeidan serves as a Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4, focusing on both SMB and MENA enterprise clients since April 2023. In this role, Khaled is responsible for building relationships with customers, developing strategic onboarding plans, monitoring customer health metrics, and enhancing product adoption through ongoing engagement. Prior to KnowBe4, Khaled held roles at ICM.com as a Customer Support Manager and Operations Executive, managing customer support teams and project development initiatives, as well as at the Beirut Marathon Association as a Transportation Coordinator. Khaled's earlier experience includes an internship as a Logistics Assistant at Schneider Electric. Khaled holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Lebanese American University and a Lebanese Baccalaureate Degree in Sociology and Economics.
