Kyle Kuba

Kyle Kuba possesses a diverse professional background with a focus on technology and customer service. Currently serving as an Advanced Support Specialist at KnowBe4 since October 2021, Kyle previously held the role of Network Security Engineer at IPDS, where involvement included a major refresh project for a County's Data Center. Prior experience in the hospitality sector includes various roles at Hellas Restaurant and Lounge, progressing to Assistant Restaurant Manager and Owner, which provided valuable insights into business operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Earlier positions include customer service at Smith's Marina on the Severn and managing an eBay storefront for The Buck Bomb, Inc. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Cyber Security from the University of Tampa, completed in 2021.
