Lyss Madden

Lyss Madden has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Human Resource Intern at St. Luke's Hospital. They then worked as an HR Referral Coordinator at South Coast Business Center and as an Administrative Assistant at Compass Medical. In 2014, Lyss became a Front Desk Coordinator at Kidz Planet Pediatric Dentistry before transitioning to a Medical Office Assistant role at the Medical University of South Carolina.

At KnowBe4, Lyss held multiple roles, including Staff Expansion Assistant, Staff Expansion Recruiting Coordinator, Employee Onboarding Specialist, Lead Employee Onboarding Specialist, and Employee Onboarding Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Onboarding.

Lyss Madden completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rhode Island College in 2013. Additionally, from 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in the same field at Rhode Island College.
