Mackenzie is a Regional Account Manager at KnowBe4 since May 2022, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and utilizing a consultative approach to enhance client engagement with the KnowBe4 Product Suite. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Intern at KnowBe4 and Newgentek, along with a Business Development Representative position at BlueGrace Logistics, focusing on lead generation and client interactions. Mackenzie has also contributed to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, assisting student veterans with financial benefit documentation, and has experience in marketing and retail through positions at Palm Harbor History Museum and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. An alumnus of the University of South Florida, Mackenzie holds a degree in Marketing with a concentration in Sales and a minor in Mass Communications.
