Michele Ross

Michele Ross is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance Counsel at KnowBe4, Michele has also held roles including Director of Risk and Internal Controls and Corporate Counsel- International Affairs. Previous positions include Attorney at Jim Dodson Law, Law Clerk, Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the State Attorney, and Legal Research Assistant at The Gordon Law Firm, P.A. Michele began the legal career as an intern at the Alachua County Criminal Justice Center. Academically, Michele earned a Juris Doctor (JD), cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida.
