Nichol Washenko

Nichol Washenko is a Customer Success Director at KnowBe4, a provider of security awareness training and simulated phishing platforms. Prior to this role, Nichol held various positions at Enthusem by Prospect Smarter, Inc., including Senior Account Marketing Manager and Production Manager. Nichol also worked as a Recruiting Manager at LoanFlight Lending and as a Gateways Mentor and Speech Tutor at the University of Tampa. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa, Nichol has a diverse background in customer success, marketing, recruitment, and mentoring.
