Rami Dada

Rami Dada has extensive experience in human resources and personnel management. Rami has held various roles in multinational companies, including KnowBe4, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), Legrand, MAF Carrefour, and Consolidated Contractors International Company. In their most recent role as Vice President of People Operations- Asia Pacific, Middle East & India at KnowBe4, Rami is responsible for overseeing HR operations in these regions. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director for ME, India & Africa at SEL, where they managed HR functions across multiple countries. Rami also held the position of Regional HR & Recruitment Manager at Legrand, where they focused on recruitment and other HR topics. Rami has strong experience in managing large employee populations, having served as the HR Manager for MAF Carrefour and as the Human Resources Assistant Manager at Consolidated Contractors International Company.

Rami Dada obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Human Resources from Lebanese American University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Lebanese Baccalaureate at National Evangelical School from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Rami has obtained multiple certifications through LinkedIn, focusing on topics such as diversity and inclusion, strategic thinking, managing emotions at work, well-being in the workplace, building resilience, difficult conversations about race at work, self-motivation, and interviewing techniques.
