Ryan Ludwig

Ryan Ludwig is an experienced professional in customer success and corporate wellness, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success SMB at KnowBe4 since September 2019, where previous roles included Customer Success Team Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Ryan spent over two decades at Corporate Fitness Works as a Senior Account Manager, advising large employers on the development and implementation of corporate health and wellness programs nationwide. Ryan holds a degree in Corporate Exercise Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned in 1997.
