Simba Mapuranga

Simba Mapuranga is an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist currently working at KnowBe4, where involvement includes deploying, configuring, managing, and supporting an expansive technology infrastructure in a leading cybersecurity organization. Prior to this role, Simba was an Infrastructure Administrator at DataOrbis, providing oversight for enterprise-level WANs, managing Microsoft Azure and M365 environments, and ensuring network performance and security. Additional experience includes time as a Campus IT Administrator at CTU Training Solutions and an IT Support Technician at Skills Academy, where Simba developed expertise in Windows deployments, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user training. Simba is currently pursuing a BCom Honours in Management Information Systems at the University of Cape Town, expected to complete in December 2026.
