Sonya Addison

Sonya Addison has extensive experience in customer success and membership coordination, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4 since May 2022. Prior to that, Sonya held multiple roles, including Membership Coordinator and MLS Support Administrator, at REALTORS of Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto, Inc. from February 2005 to May 2022. Additionally, Sonya briefly worked as a Membership Coordinator-Billing-Accounts Receivable at PG PC NP Association of REALTORS in February 2005.
