William Pollack III

William Pollack III has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resource Information Systems, particularly with the Workday platform. William joined KnowBe4 in June 2022 as the Director of Human Resource Information Systems (Workday), where they are responsible for managing a team of Workday Analysts and driving continuous process improvement through Agile methodologies. Prior to this, they worked at Alight Solutions from 2005 to 2022, holding positions such as Senior Workday Manager, Workday Manager, Workday Senior Consultant, HRMS Service Delivery Manager, HRMS Release Manager, and HRMS Systems Analyst. Within these roles, they gained expertise in project management, client delivery and satisfaction, people management, and troubleshooting Workday configurations. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Summer Intern at LoDan Electronics in 2004, where they worked on pricing cable assemblies and interacting with an ERP system.

William Pollack III, LSSYB's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a USF Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2022.
