Jeffrey Sands

Jeffrey Sands is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Knowesis Inc. since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jeffrey spent over two decades at The MITRE Corporation, where significant accomplishments included rejuvenating a $75M software development program and enabling strategic procurement changes. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Professor at the Naval War College and a Scientific Analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses. Jeffrey holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Amherst College.
