Jelisa Head

Jelisa Head, M.S., is an experienced professional in human capital and organizational development, currently serving as an Associate and Organizational Development Consultant at Knowesis Inc. since February 2020. In this role, Jelisa collaborates with HR staff and senior executives to enhance HR processes and develop leadership talent. Previously, Jelisa held the position of Legacy Leadership Program Manager at the North Carolina Department of Transportation, focusing on program management and participant support. Additional experience includes roles at the North Carolina Department of Revenue, Frontier Communications, and AT&T, encompassing supervisory and customer service responsibilities. Jelisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
