Steven Masley, M.D., FAHA, FACN, CNS, is the Chief Medical Officer at KnoWEwell and an award-winning patient educator focused on lifestyle's impact on health. They founded the Ten Years Younger program, helping thousands improve their health, and currently direct the Masley Optimal Health Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. With expertise in family medicine and nutrition, Steven has authored several health books and contributed to numerous scientific articles, while also making media appearances on platforms such as the Discovery Channel and the Today Show. Their education includes a BA in Humanities and Biology from Washington State University and an MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
