Elly Wilds

Elly Wilds has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Elly is currently employed as the Vice President of Learning Design and Innovation at KnowFully Learning Group, where they lead a cross-functional team in designing and developing customizable learning solutions for various businesses. Prior to this role, Elly was the Owner of Enlighten Learning Solutions, where they provided personalized learning solutions. Elly also owned a small business called Three Lines Co. As Associate Director of Learning and Change Management at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Elly managed learning initiatives. Elly served as the Director of Learning and Performance at CDK Global, and as the Global Training and Development Manager at National Oilwell Varco. Elly has also held positions at Baker Hughes, Katy Independent School District, Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District, and Fox Sports.

Elly Wilds holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology and Instructional Design from Sam Houston State University, which was completed between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications with a focus on Radio/TV/Film from the University of Houston, between 1995 and 1999. In addition, Elly Wilds holds a certification in ASTD eLearning Design from ASTD.
