Jim Cochran

Jim Cochran has extensive work experience in operations and customer service roles. From 2020 to present, they served as the Vice President of Operations at KnowFully Learning Group, where they oversaw various teams and ensured alignment with strategic plans. Previously, from 2016 to 2020, they held multiple positions at Surgent, including Senior Director of Inside Sales and Customer Success. Jim also worked at Houghton International as the Customer Service Manager from 2013 to 2016 and at Tyco Fire Suppression & Building Products in various managerial positions from 2003 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Site Acquisition Specialist at Network Building & Consulting from 2000 to 2002.

Jim Cochran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh. Jim has also obtained a certification in Pharmaceutical Homicide Prevention from PharmCon in 2021.
