Steve Hoffman

Steve Hoffman has held various leadership roles in the education and technology sectors, including serving as CEO of Element K and Prometric, and President and COO at Blackboard, Inc. They are currently an Operating Partner at NexPhase Capital, LP, and serve on multiple boards, including as Chairman of the Board of Directors at KnowFully Learning Group. Hoffman has extensive experience in board leadership, having been involved with organizations such as Moodlerooms, Inc. and Outside The Classroom. Their educational background includes an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
