Kyle Reddin has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 when they were a Facility Supervisor at the University of Arizona Student Recreation Center, where they were responsible for all building operations and supervised up to 10 weight room and customer service staff at once. In 2015, they worked as a Public Relations Student Assistant / Project Manager at The BIO5 Institute. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Ferguson Enterprises, where they held two roles: Outside Sales Representative and Commercial and Mechanical Inside Sales Representative. Most recently, in 2022, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Knowify.

Kyle Reddin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Business Management with a minor in Communications from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management in 2016. Kyle is additionally CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.
