Núria Macià

Núria Macià has a long and varied work experience. Núria began their career in 2009 as an Intern at Nokia Bell Labs in the Statistics and Learning Research Department. In 2010, they then completed an Internship at the Automated Scheduling, Optimisation and Planning Group (ASAP) at the University of Nottingham. In 2011, they completed an Internship at Soft Computing and Intelligent Information Systems at the Universidad de Granada. In 2012, they worked as Operations at oGolf and also visited Carnegie Mellon University. In 2015, they became Co-founder of the Sprout List and Senior Data Scientist and Project Coordinator at Fundació ActuaTech. From 2013 to 2020, they also worked as a Freelance Technology Consultant. Finally, in 2020, they became Director of Knowledge and Senior Data Scientist at Knowify.

Núria Macià's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from La Salle BCN (2008-2011), an Advanced Studies (DEA) in Computer Engineering from La Salle BCN (2006-2008), a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from La Salle BCN (2005-2006), an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Engineering from La Salle BCN (1999-2005), and a French Baccalauréat (BAC S 99) from Lycée Comte de Foix (Andorra la Vella, Andorra) (1992-1999).
