Ross Wisser

Ross Wisser has a long and varied work experience. Ross started as a Tennis Professional/Director of Tournaments at Genesys Athletic Club in 2006. Ross then moved to The Bay Club Company in 2012, where they held the roles of Director of Tennis and Director of Tournaments and Events. In 2015, they became the Tournament Director for the KPSF Open - An ATP Challenger Tour Event. In 2018, they joined Kiddom as Manager, Customer Success Team, Customer Success Manager, and Sales and Marketing, as well as Apollo as a Sales Development Representative. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Leader at MobileMonkey, and in 2022, they were appointed Director of Customer Success at Knowify.

Ross Wisser has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, Marketing from the University of Michigan-Flint. Ross also attended Pinckney Community High School. In 2018, they obtained certifications in JavaScript Essential Training, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, Business-to-Business Sales, Negotiation Skills, Learning Salesforce, Web Development Foundations: Web Technologies, and USPTA Elite Professional from LinkedIn and the United States Professional Tennis Association.
