Aki Lindberg is an experienced Service Designer currently employed at Knowit since April 2021, following the acquisition of Cybercom. Prior to this, Aki worked at Visma Finland from June 2018 to April 2021 after the acquisition of Provad. Aki also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Tampere from October 2017 to May 2018, focusing on various service design methodologies. Aki holds a Master's degree in Human Technology Interaction from Tampere University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tampere University (2012-2016), along with additional educational experience at Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2015.
