Anja Gingnell

Anja Gingnell currently serves as the Head of Digital HR at Knowit since March 2018, overseeing the Digital HR offerings with a team of skilled management consultants. Prior to this role, Anja was a Management Consultant, providing senior advisory services to clients navigating the evolving landscape of Digital HR. Anja's earlier experience includes being a Product Manager at ADITRO, managing masterdata functionality and integration interfaces across teams in Sweden, Finland, and India, as well as acting as a Nordic Project Manager overseeing cross-Nordic HCM solution and transformation projects. Anja also held the position of CEO at Occasio, an IT/Telecom headhunting company, and served as an Account Manager and Headhunter in the same sector. Earlier in Anja's career, positions included Competence Strategist at Skandia Norden, focusing on employer branding and HR projects, and Technical Administrator at Skandia Asset Management, managing financial applications. Anja holds a degree from Stockholm University and has also studied at Victoria University of Wellington.
