Edwin Rotgans

Edwin Rotgans is a seasoned professional with a strong background in development and research. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at Knowit since September 2021, Edwin specializes in transforming data into insights. Prior to this role, Edwin worked at Laerdal Medical from September 2017 to August 2021 as both a Product Developer and a Researcher/Developer, focusing on R&D and full-stack prototyping. Edwin co-founded JETE Innovation in 2017, where the focus was on developing solutions for the efficient use of cleaner fish to combat sea lice. Earlier experience includes a Research Fellow position at VU medisch centrum, working on neurorehabilitation and protocol development for EEG and fMRI experiments. Edwin also has managerial experience as a Bar Manager at Whisky cafe L&B Amsterdam from 2006 to 2012. Educationally, Edwin holds a Master of Science in Medical Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Natural Sciences, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
