Elina Ojala

Elina Ojala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pricing strategies, customer profitability, and commercial development. Currently serving as COO and Director at Knowit since January 2022, Elina focuses on leveraging customer insights to drive sustainable growth for Nordic companies through innovative and strategic solutions. Prior to this role, Elina was a Senior Manager at Capacent Finland from February 2019 to January 2022, where expertise in pricing processes and profitability improvement was further developed. Elina's career includes leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Posti Group Oyj, Nets Group, GlaxoSmithKline, and DHL Freight, as well as a solid academic foundation with a Master of Science in International Marketing, Accounting, and Finance from LUT University.
