Emma Dagne currently serves as the Head of People & Culture for Sweden at Knowit, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a People & Culture Partner at Cybercom Group from April 2016 to June 2021 and various HR positions at Uniflex from 2006 to 2016, including HR-chef and Lönechef. Responsibilities have encompassed negotiation of labor agreements, management of payroll processes, and development of HR policies and training programs. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Linnaeus University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
