Gudrun Widme

Gudrun Widme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Senior Project Manager at Knowit since October 2021, Gudrun specializes in agile coaching, Scrum management, and building high-performing teams. Previously, Gudrun was a Project Manager at Visma, overseeing significant projects, including the implementation of a new intranet for over 12,000 employees. Early career experiences include roles as a Recruitment Specialist at the University of New Haven, where Gudrun explored student recruitment markets in Scandinavia, and as a Store Manager at BESTSELLER, achieving substantial sales growth. Gudrun holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Inland Norway.
