Gunnar Ozolins

Gunnar Ozolins is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Specialist at Knowit since July 2021, Gunnar transitioned to this position following the acquisition of Cybercom Group, where a role as Senior Security Advisor was held from February 2017 to October 2021. Prior experience includes positions such as Information Security Architect at SCA from September 2011 to February 2017, Information Security Consultant at Acando from October 2002 to September 2011, and Consultant roles at RKS Data and Softlab during the late 1990s. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Umeå University, earned between 1987 and 1992, and earlier education at Duveholm from 1984 to 1987. Notably, during the tenure at Softlab, Gunnar contributed to the development of compilers and precompilers for Ericsson's telecom exchanges.
