With a career spanning several multinational corporations and startups in the ICT sector, Helen has previously served as Head of Documentation at Qvantel and Director of Content Management at Microsoft, focusing on user guidance content. They possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in English and International Politics from Tampere University.
