Richard Brolin

Richard Brolin serves as the General Counsel for Knowit Group, a prominent Nordic IT consultancy, since July 2021, overseeing legal matters for an organization with close to SEK 7bn in yearly revenue and over 4,000 employees. In addition to this role, Richard holds various board positions, including active memberships at Knowit Secure Solutions AB, Knowit Dataunit AB, and Knowit Swedspot Connectivity AB, which focus on IT security, defense industry solutions, and smart mobility, respectively. Richard has previously served as General Counsel at Cybercom Group and Chief Legal Counsel for EMEA at OpenLink Financial, contributing extensive expertise in corporate development, M&A, GDPR compliance, and dispute resolution. Richard's educational background includes Master of Laws degrees from the University of Stockholm, supplemented by studies at the University of Hanover.
