Robin Grönholm

Robin Grönholm is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in crafting user experiences and digital solutions across various industries. Currently, at Afa Försäkring, Robin is involved in enhancing the private user end experience and insurance claim lifecycle for "Mina sidor" while also conducting a pilot study on employee experience and digital workspace. As a co-founder at Knowit FLX Sthlm and previously a consultant at BLK LZY, Robin has held several leadership positions, including business area manager. Past roles include interim design manager at Scandic Hotels and service designer at Bliwa Livförsäkring, alongside significant contributions at EKN, Sveriges Radio, and Saco. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Linnaeus University and has completed studies in Art Direction at Berghs School of Communication.
