Sami Ritola

Sami Ritola serves as the CIO and VP of Managed Operations at Knowit since October 2021, overseeing the managed operations business unit with full P&L responsibility, focusing on 24/7 services in cloud and traditional data center environments. Previously, from July 2012 to October 2021, Sami held the position of Director of the Managed Operations Center at Cybercom Group, managing the local business unit in Finland, which included a 24/7 service desk, internal IT, data center, and cloud operations, also with full P&L responsibility. Earlier career roles include Client Manager at Cybercom Group, Manager of IT and implementation services at CBOSS Oy from July 2006 to April 2012, and Development Manager for OSS, IT, and billing systems at DNA Finland from May 2000 to July 2006.
