Staffan Melin

Staffan Melin is a seasoned C-level leader with over 15 years of experience in product management, business development, and technology commercialization. They founded Require AB, a consultancy specializing in requirements analysis, which was acquired by Knowit after eight successful years. Currently serving as the COO of Knowit Digital Management, Staffan has also held various leadership roles, including Head of Requirements Management & System Safety at LUTAB and Chief Commercial Officer at HUPS. An M.Sc. graduate in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, they designed a patented industry mixer performance enhancer during their thesis and also work as a music composer, having created music for over 100 video games.
