Ed Wang

Ed Wang began their work experience as a Law Clerk at DC Superior Court in October 2001. In this role, they drafted memorandum opinions and orders, prepared memoranda on post-conviction appeals, and conducted research and advised on constitutional issues. Ed worked under The Honorable Harold L. Cushenberry, Jr. until September 2002.

In March 2005, Ed Wang joined Knowledge Advantage Inc. as the General Counsel. In this position, they integrated legal competencies such as contracts, litigation, and legal advice with proactive forecasting, risk mitigation, and project management. Ed ensured the company operated with sound governance, protecting its resources, personnel, technology, and reputation. Ed also simplified and standardized compliance systems and processes by utilizing their strong business acumen and understanding of finance, sales, marketing, and other corporate operations.

Ed Wang attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1992 to 1996, where they earned an A.B. degree in Political Science.
