Eric McKim MBA

Eric McKim MBA has held a variety of roles in the IT and cybersecurity industries over the past 20 years. In 1999, they began their career in the US Navy as a Personnelman. In 2003, they joined IBM as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining the Medicare HIGLAS security architecture. In 2006, they moved to Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Senior Consultant, where they provided TSA with guidance on how to build security into their proposed SOA, the Information Sharing Environment (ISE). In 2007, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, where they were responsible for creating an information assurance architecture for the Booz Allen Hamilton proposal solution for managed services related to the NCES SOA Foundation (SOAF). In the same year, they also joined IBM Global Business Services as an Associate Partner & Cyber Security and Privacy Service Area Manager (SAM). In this role, they were responsible for embedding an information security governance structure for Freddie Mac at both the corporate and division levels. In 2011, they moved to Business Integra as Senior Vice President - CTO & CISO, where they were responsible for technology innovation and business development. In 2014, they became the Owner, President and CEO of Knowledge Analytics Inc., where they are responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company and establishing key client and partner/vendor relationships.

Eric McKim holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they obtained in 2009 after studying Business Administration. Eric McKim also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, which they obtained in 2006. In addition, Eric has obtained a Saviynt Security Manager - Administrator Certification from Saviynt, Inc. in March 2018 and holds several other certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), ISACA, IBM Consultant Profession, and EXIN.
