Neil Griffiths

Neil Griffiths currently serves as the Head of Data at Knowledge Exchange Group, a role they have held since 2012. They oversee the company's data department and are responsible for managing a 3 million strong prospect database, as well as driving targeted marketing efforts and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Previously, Neil worked as an Area Scheme Manager at EDT, where they developed STEM learning programs for youth, and as a Team Manager and Specialist Overseas Trainer at 118118, where they managed training and development for contact center operations in multiple locations.
