Mohamed Abdulhalim currently serves as the Head of Permit Services at the Knowledge and Human Development Authority since April 2018 and has been a Cluster Manager within the same organization since June 2013. Responsibilities include managing a cluster of schools and overseeing regulatory processes, while also engaging in projects that shape the educational landscape of Dubai. Prior to this, Mohamed worked as a Project Development Coordinator at Rentacrib LLC from August 2011 to March 2012, focusing on marketing initiatives for car-rental companies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from Zayed University. Additionally, Mohamed has completed a UAE Public Sector Innovation Diploma from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation. Current education continues at the University of Colorado Denver.
