Knowledge Ladder Academy is the Qualiopi-certified training organization founded by Pierre Medina to formalize what twenty years on the field in Agile transformation and IT have taught.

Two training tracks.

Large-scale agility: certified SAFe and Scrum training, from Leading SAFe to PSM and PSPO. Coaching for Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and senior Scrum Masters. Manager programs for executive committees driving large-scale Agile transformations, without buzzwords and without heroic posture.

Applied AI: hands-on modules for IT and product roles (PO, PM, Dev, QA, HR), automation and generative AI, no-code and low-code. For teams moving from curiosity to production.

What sets KLA apart is the practitioner anchoring. Everything we teach we've seen work or fail in real engagements. The book Au-delà du rôle de Scrum Master, published in 2026 and translated into English as The Scrum Master Who Lasts, serves as the editorial backbone.

Client scope: large groups in transformation, tech mid-caps, consultancies. In-house and open-enrollment sessions, on-site in Paris area, remote for other geographies.
