At Knowledge Mentoring (Global) Limited (KMG), we are tackling the global professional skills crisis in engineering and construction—sectors worth $12 trillion and responsible for 40% of planetary GDP. The growing shortage of experienced professionals is driving up costs, increasing risks, and making critical infrastructure, environmental, and sustainability goals harder to achieve.

Human error now accounts for $500 billion in annual preventable losses due to skill gaps, while the retirement of seasoned experts, shifting demographics, and rapid advancements in AI-driven technology threaten to widen this crisis. Without intervention, industries will struggle to meet the demands of smart, climate-friendly infrastructure and emerging engineering challenges.

Our Mission

KMG bridges the global skills gap by equipping the next generation of professionals with a fusion of past expertise, emerging science, and evolving societal values. Our Software with a Service (SwaS) solution delivers an expertly managed professional development and progress-monitoring ecosystem—customized to address the critical workforce challenges of today and tomorrow.
