Lily Ng

Lily works on the content development, design and production of learning solutions at Knowledge Platform. She brings with her diverse and international work experiences spanning research consulting, organizational development, and educational training. Over the past years, her work experiences have included consulting to start-ups, boutique companies and research institutes, creating educational content for adult and child learners, lecturing at local Universities, and graduate recruitment at Deutsche Bank,Singapore, where she managed

the end-to-end recruitment process and relationship management with two major Universities in Singapore.

A certified coach and trained mediator in the State of New York, Lily also holds an Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment. She is actively involved as a pro-bono coach under ICF Singapore, a family-life education trainer, and is qualified to administer the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory. She aims to incorporate her varied

experiences and apply them toward the development of learning solutions at Knowledge Platform.

Lily holds a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor in Science (Hons) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
