Catherine Doerr

Catherine Doerr has been with Knowledge Systems, LLC since January 2018, initially serving as a Consultant and progressing to Senior Consultant and then Program Lead/Team Manager. In these roles, Catherine has overseen contract fulfillment, managed strategic communication for various workstreams, and conducted customer experience evaluations related to Talent Management. Recognized for adaptability and client focus, Catherine effectively led initiatives and collaborated on extensive deliverables for Talent Management transformations. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Officer at the US Federal Government and a Human Resources Summer Intern position at the same organization. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Baylor University.
