Louise Ward

Louise Ward is a committed operations and quality leader who served as Chief Executive Officer at KnowledgeBrief in 2025 and previously held roles including Quality Manager at NSAR (2018–2019) and ARC Group UK (2019–2021), as well as Quality and Innovations Manager at Weston College (2013–2018) and Deputy Offender Learning and Skills Manager at The Manchester College (2009–2013). They hold a Master’s degree in Education from Edge Hill University (2011–2015), a BA in English Language and Literature from Queen Mary, University of London (2005–2008), and PCET in Education from the University of Southampton (2009–2011).
