Michael Rouse

Michael Rouse has had a diverse range of work experiences. Michael started as a Computer Technician at Computer Pro Unlimited from April 2012 to August 2014. Michael then worked as an Information Systems Intern at St. Charles County Government from June 2015 to August 2015, where they performed network hardware upgrades and replacements and configured network equipment.

In 2016, Michael joined KnowledgeLake as a Software Engineering Intern, where they integrated pdf.js into an app and developed a workflow system that integrated with external services. Michael also created a system for push notifications to customers. Michael continued working at KnowledgeLake as a Software Engineer, starting in May 2019.

Michael also worked as an Animatronic Technician at The Darkness Haunted House and The Lemp Brewery Haunted House from August 2019 to December 2020, showcasing their technical skills in maintaining and repairing animatronics.

Additionally, Michael had leadership roles in two student design teams at Missouri S&T. Michael served as the Electrical Team Lead for the Drillbotics Design Team from August 2018 to August 2019, and as the Electrical/Software Team Lead for the Solar Car Team from August 2017 to August 2018. Michael was also a member of the Solar Car Team from January 2016 to August 2017.

Lastly, they worked as a Temporary .NET Software Engineer at LMI Aerospace, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2017, contributing to software development projects.

Following that, from 2012 to 2014, Michael Rouse also attended the Lewis and Clark Career Center, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and Computer Maintenance. Michael completed their high school education while specializing in these fields.

After completing their high school education, Michael Rouse enrolled at the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2015 to 2019. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Rouse obtained the A+ ce certification from CompTIA in May 2013. This certification further validates their expertise in computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
