Ralph Boester

Ralph Boester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Quality at KnowledgeLake since March 2007. In this role, Ralph ensures the KnowledgeLake Cloud Platform aligns with customer needs, managing a quality assurance team and driving the automation of test plans. Previous positions at KnowledgeLake include Director of Quality Assurance & Run the Business and Director of Sustained Engineering, where Ralph oversaw software product escalations, managed legacy software support, and implemented best practices in engineering. Earlier in their career, Ralph worked as a Consultant at Magellan Behavioral Health, supporting legacy systems and adhering to HIPAA specifications. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
