Tom Elliott is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner currently serving as a Senior Consultant at KnowledgePath and RubinBrown LLP, where they lead change management efforts for organizations undergoing ERP implementations. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of Communication & Organizational Development at Brock Services, Ltd., where they facilitated the integration of acquired companies and improved stakeholder engagement. With a robust academic foundation from Emory University, Tom has also served as Project Director in various healthcare initiatives focused on public awareness and behavior change.
