Ashley Wricks, SHRM-CP, is currently the Senior Manager Human Resources at KnowledgeWorks. Previously, Ashley founded LHC Coaching Services to provide Leadership coaching and Development to new leaders and small businesses. With experience at ASQ - World Headquarters as Partner, Talent and Culture, Ashley provided strategic leadership in talent acquisition, management, development, and DEIB. With a background in human resources across various industries, Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Southern Illinois University.
