Ferdinand Surabasquez possesses extensive experience in engineering and production management within the electronics industry. At Test Solution Services, Inc., Ferdinand served as both Production Manager and Engineering Manager, overseeing multi-site operations, facilitating production planning, and leading quality initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Process Engineer at Pycon Technology Philippines, Inc., Ferdinand focused on process improvement and customer support. Currently, in dual roles as Engineering Manager at Test Solution Services, Inc. and Equipment Engineering Manager at Knowles Corporation, Ferdinand is responsible for equipment support, maintenance, and budgeting, managing teams to ensure operational efficiency. Ferdinand holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology and completed a Management Development Program at UP-Diliman.
