Jonathan Avila

Jonathan Avila is a skilled cybersecurity and support analyst with extensive experience in IT support and network operations. Currently employed at Knowles Corporation since January 2019, Jonathan monitors data flow using Security Information and Event Management and utilizes a helpdesk ticketing system to resolve user requests across various operating systems. Prior experience includes providing infrastructure operations support as a corporate IT temp and serving as an IT support specialist at DePaul University Career Center, where Jonathan developed expertise in resolving technical issues for users. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity/Networking and Infrastructure and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from DePaul University.
